This course is designed by accountant, for accountants.

This course offers hands-on data analytical experiences to complete a few end-to-end accounting projects using real-world data. As a big bonus, audience get to experience using popular, powerful and beginner-friendly open-source (i.e. free) langauge R or Python to build integrated accounting applications. We will develop high-value modern analytical skillsets such as

  • importing data through diverse sources,
  • cleaning/transforming data,
  • professional data visualization,
  • automating departmental reports, and
  • working with databases.

We will also cultivate professional analytics mindset and explore how AI fits into modern/progamming-based analytics. This is a beginner-friendly environment for accountants and their management who strive to stay relevant with analytics/AI world.
