This session is to equip accountants with strong Power BI foundations to effectively manage key tasks in budget cycles (e.g. variance analysis, custom budget reports, scalable KPI management). We will learn through hands-on projects with simulated budget ledger database. We will also cover best practices for data visualizations and dashboard design to enhance communication effectiveness, which can be easily overlooked. This session is a specialty Power BI lab that focuses on techniques beyong introductory level, so it is recommended for audience already understand the basics of Power BI.
